caquilter

Love to cook I am a retired Music Therapist and mother of a San Francisco Chef. I am also an avid quilter and love making quilts for friends and those who ask me to create one for them. I also try to keep my friends spirits up if they are still working.

Vesy easy and good. I would give 5 stars but had to correct the over-whelming soy sauce taste in the sauce by adding about a 1 1/2 tsp of Rice Vinegar, which did the trick. (Just an inspired guess on my part but it worked.) Served with Basmati rice and Broccoli. Yum!

I will always use this recipe for oven-fried chiken. With this recipe you will never have to fry it again and cleanup is a cinch. I did add 1/4 tsp Cayenne and 1/2 tsp Coriander plus a little salt to the breading. It was very tasty, juicy but not greasy at all. Excellent!

Delicious and easy! My favorite chicken recipe ever! I baked in oven after removing from pan and making sauce in same saute pan, using Sly510's suggestion (below - thank you!) and adding extra garlic and a dash each of paprika and tumeric. Best ever!!

This is a superb marinade but you might want to halve the ingrediants because it makes a whole lot! I use this for steaks, which i only buy once a month or Holidays! LOL!

My husband loves this but I had to add cornstarch to the sauce as it seemed too thin. Overall, good recipe but next time will add more flour and half and half to sauce as in traditional ratio. of 1:1:1.

Wow! Husband gets irked when I bring Top Ramen in the house, but I'm going to try this cheesy recipe the next time I do my standard tuna-top ramen combo (Hey it got me through College and Grad school!) May be the cheapest comfort food on the planet! Thanks!

Made tonight and Husband said, "this sauce is divine!" Used juice of two limes, one 4 oz can of Fire Roasted Green Chiles and chicken breasts. Every thing else as written. Really good! Served with brorn rice, sauteed fresh squash sliced and Avacado/Spinach leaf salad. Will definitly serve again.

My Husband says, "Um! Um! Um!" Chicken was very tender (I removed the chicken to oven and finished at 225 degrees while I made sauce, bowtie pasta and peas.) I am new to Paprika and expected more from this spice. Thickened sauce with cornstarch. Will make again!
