Blueberry Peach Muffins

My family thinks they are wonderful. I used white georgia peaches that were perfectly ripe. I think next time I might try nectarines with blueberries. Also I would probably add a 1/2 tsp. of vanilla to the batter to give it a little more taste and really bring out the taste of the fruit.

It's great hot, and my kids LOVE it toasted in the morning. When we ran out we had to make more right away. One of the best white breads I have ever made.

This recipe is fantastic but very fattening! I substituted 1% milk for the half and half and used a no fat cheese and cut the butter by a tsp.and increased the flour a little bit for thickening It was still Fantastic!!!!

Yes it takes quite a lot of time but it's worth it. The best peach cobbler I have ever had. Just a note: You can make the filling in August when the peaches are fresh just leave out the corn starch and freeze. Take it out of the freezer a day ahead of time and let it defrost in the fridge. Then heat it up put in the corn starch and you have wonderful peach cobbler in the middle of January! Enjoy!

Grandpa's Popcorn Balls

Wonderful popcorn balls. If you want easy clean up, mix the popcorn and candy in a metal bowl. When you are all done fill the bowl with hot water and boil it on the stove. It dissolves all the candy. You can do the same with the pot. Enjoy them I know we did!

My kids don't like walnuts so I added about 3/4 of a cup of chocolate chips and made it more of a dessert bread. My kids really ate this up. Great twist on banana bread

I haven't had a good cinnamon bread since I moved from the Jersey Shore and had to leave my favorite bakery behind. The only thing I added to this was more cinnamon and sugar in the middle. Otherwise it was fantastic.

I did make it with tripe and went exactly as the recipe stated except for one addition. I added one cup of diced Chorizo and it made an already great soup even better!! I would definitely make it again. I added the Chorizo at the same time I added the tripe.

Wonderful coffee cake! I made a couple of them for a party I was going to. Everyone LOVED it. One I made with no fat sour cream and you couldn't tell the difference! So if you want a lower fat version don't be afraid to use the no fat sour cream.

So easy!! I use this recipe all the time. I make batches of Manicotti and Canelloni using these pancakes then when I don't feel like cooking I get a tray out and pop it in the oven. They freeze fantastically! If you make these you will never buy Manicotti shells in the grocery store again! Worth the time and effort!
