Steak with Green Capsicum Salsa

Green capsicum salsa is easy and it's the best match with steak. It's vibrant, bold and full of fresh flavor. Try it once, and you will stop buying ready-made BBQ sauces!

Turkish Spinach Dip

One of my favorite dip recipes. You can have it spread over toast for breakfast, or just as a usual side dish to go with your dinner. The mix of yogurt, spinach and garlic taste is absolutely delicious. It goes well with grilled meats.

Haloumi and Roasted Vegetable Salad

Rating: 5 stars 63
This is a summer recipe that is delicious and full of beneficial ingredients. I love it with BBQ chicken or meat. In some other times, I eat it on its own for lunch. The Halloumi with the grilled vegetables leaves a pleasant smoky taste that I always miss!

Gluten-free Orange Cookies

This is my go-to recipe to fight dessert cravings. It’s the perfect little bite-sized snack to munch on with a cup of tea. They are sweet with a touch of bitterness (tahini and orange). Believe me, it’s going to be hard to stop at one!

Grilled Pears with Tahini Caramel

Rating: 5 stars 39
Caramel is my biggest weakness! I can’t resist the temptation to order it if it’s there in any restaurant menu. This healthier version is so easy to pull together in seconds, and it helped me a lot in my journey to overcome that unnecessary craving. Grilling the pears makes them soft and warm, and the fresh honeyed ricotta adds another dimension of greatness to this plate. You got to try it!

Pumpkin and feta dip

Rating: 5 stars 35
This is such a fabulous cost-effective dip to make at home. I make it with any pumpkin type, based on the season. The roasted pumpkin flavor, along with the garlic and feta, creates a magical delicious combination. Also the smell that floats through the house while making it, is priceless!
