Amazing! I used rice vinegar instead of white. BBQ on mesquite charcoals, 1 inch thick rib eye steaks, 6 minutes on each side, medium rare. Delicious!
Very good but need to double the matcha powder, flavor was too weak. I should have listened to the other reviews.
Very creamy, and delicious! stopped cooking at 170 degrees. The only changes I would make next time, 1/2 the chocolate, double the cherries, and add toasted slivered almonds. overall very pleased with this recipe!
I’m of Greek origin and my husband of Cuban. We take turns cooking, labeling our meals Greek, Cuban or other. This is the first steak marinade that meets us half way, satisfying both tastebuds. I followed the recipe exactly as written, and marinated sirloin and ribeyes for 2 days. They all came out tender and delicious!!!
