Very happily married to a wonderful man. We created the "Bailey Bunch" when we got married with his four and my two kids (5 boys and 1 girl). Until recently, five children still lived with us. (We are down to two plus our 6 year old granddaughter now.) Three days out of the year, their ages go in order (24, 25, 26, 27 and 28). Although the most challenging times, when they were all in their teens, it was also a blast. We have often said that we should have had our own reality show with hidden cameras in the house. It would be a hit!

I have used this sooo many times.... and it is perfect. Adjust the sugar or juice to make it as thin or thick as needed. This time I replaced the orange zest and juice with lemon. I have also done lime. Love it! Thanks for sharing!

This is very good. Dad can not do spicy so I used Mild Italian Sausage and it worked great. Followed the recipe except for the sausage and everyone commented that they really liked it. The only change I will make next time is to add more cheese to the grits. They lacked just a little in flavor. Overall, a great dinner that we will enjoy again and again.

5 Stars for the cake portion (I used a different filling). This is the best white cake recipe I have used. I will turn to this when I need a white cake for any occassion. Thanks for sharing!

Delicious! Super easy, stress free Sunday dinner. Everyone loved it. Followed the recipe pretty close except increased the servings to 9 (had a 5 pd roast) and used apprx 1 tsp fresh rosemary and 1 tsp fresh thyme. Also added baby new red potatoes and a few fingerlings about 1/2 hour before servings. Perfect. This will be my new go to pot roast recipe. Thanks for sharing!

Absolutely Wonderful!!! Followed the recipe with the exception of changing the number of servings to 6 and adding a couple TBS of diced red and orange bell pepper to the finished mango salsa and sprinkling of cilantro before serving. My rice had absorbed all the water in a shorter period of time than listed (approx 12 min) so I added approx. 1/4 cup of water and cooked for a few min before adding the coconut milk and sugar. The rice was delicious as instructed but next time I will add more coconut milk/water and cook a little longer (personal pref). We are already looking forward to adding this to the rotation for our big Sunday dinners and when we have company. Thanks for sharing!
