This was awesome. We made this camping as an alternative to Smores and everyone went crazy for them. We used peanut butter M&M's in some bananas and mini Snickers in other bananas. This will be a regular item we take camping from here out. Very easy, yummy, and fun!

Cranberry Sauce Extraordinaire

I didn't have dried fruit or use the pecans. And I added about 1/2 of triple sec as it cooked. Everyone absolutely loved it...even people who said they normally don't like cranberry sauce thought it was great. Thanks Leeza!

Best Cream of Potato Soup

This really IS the best cream of potato soup. I love all the spices as they add a more interesting flavor to the traditional potato soup. I've been using this recipe for a few years and everyone loves it. I still haven't found one my family likes better!

Crème Brûlée French Toast

By reading other suggestions, I cut down the recipe to 3 eggs and it was still too soggy, even after cutting the bread slices thick. Although the butter/brown sugar/corn syrup mix was a good caramel, the bread itself came out really mushy and the texture was gross. I served it a group at breakfast and no one was thrilled with it. I was surprised at how it turned out with so many good reviews. Maybe I did something wrong but probably will not bother trying it again.

Tangy Slow Cooker Pork Roast

I've made this twice and loved it. I doubled the liquids and instead of hot water used beef broth. I used a couple cloves of minced garlic instead of garlic powder. Next time I will add some minced gingerroot. I took the juices and added some cornstarch/wine mixture and it made a wonderful gravy. This recipe is a keeper!

Smushed Apples and Sweet Potatoes

I used brown sugar instead of white...and used a bit more than 1/4 c. because my husband likes sweet potatoes with lots of sugar. Very tasty, good recipe.

Katrina's Best-Ever Chocolate Brownies

These were very good. I had to bake them a little longer than stated in recipe. I added a pinch of cinnamon and cayenne pepper...I know it sounds strange but those two spices are wonderful in chocolate.
