Simply fabulous! I always add a little bit extra cocoa, because I like them to have a real dark chocolate flavour. For an extra kick, I sometimes add 1/2 tsp each of chili powder and cinnamon.
I have used this recipe every time I make fresh pasta - its always fantastic. I even subsitute 1/2 whole wheat flour sometimes, and it still turns out fantastic (though you have to add a bit more all purpose flour to reduce the stickiness of the dough). It rolls out beautifully both by hand and with a machine. I usually have to add a bit of extra water to get the dough to a smooth consistency, but its likely because I live in Alberta which is usually quite dry.
This cheesecake was fantastic. I took it to a charity auction and everyone raved about it. I did make a couple alterations: I eliminated the chocolate chips and replaced them with a chocolate ganache on top, and used an oreo crust instead of graham crackers. 45 minutes in a 375 degree oven, in a water bath; after 45 minutes I turned off the oven and opened the door, and let the cheesecake cool to room temperature. It was perfect!
Delicious and super easy to make! I like to add a tablespoon of cream cheese when I'm beating the butter.
It was okay, but not what I was expecting.
This was fantastic. We put it through the blender and it was super creamy and smooth and delicious.
This recipe was weird. It wasn't like a traditional mac and cheese (which is what I was looking for). It was good though - I had to make some changes to the recipe because I was lacking in some ingredients (I used marble instead of cheddar, and added a 1tbs of cream cheese to the milk/egg mixture and beat it until smooth), and I added some chives and a sprinkle of garlic powder, and some black pepper. It tastes delicious, but wasn't what I was expecting.
You could easily half the chocolate and nuts in this recipe... I also found the dough was way too dry, but I'm also in Edmonton in the middle of the coldest, driest winter in the past couple of years. I wasn't impressed with the flavour however, so I think I'll keep looking for another recipe. Sorry!
