Salmon with Dill

This was a really good and light way to make salmon. I typically use a lemon/basil/butter sauce for my salmon, but am trying to cut back so thought I'd give this a try. It's very tasty -- dill is the secret tasty ingredient in lots of recipes (especially stroganoff -- try it). I also added a few seasonings of my own of course, but the basics of this recipe are quite good.

Sesame Green Beans

This was a great way to serve fresh green beens. I've always been partial to butter, but of course....it's butter! The smell of the toasted sesame seeds was mouthwatering, and the blend of oil, and sesame, and chicken broth made the beans delectable. Thanks!

I was quite pleased with this recipe....I used snow peas, green peppers, carrots, and mushrooms, and that was a really good mix. I really liked the peanut and sesame oil flavors together. I will definitely make this again.

This was a fairly good recipe. I thought it was a little on the sweet side, though.

This recipe was fine, but not out of this world. I like plain asparagas just as well.

I liked this recipe and my room-mate raved about it. I just used sea scallops, and it turned out fine (once I figured out how to use my broiler!)

I made this with chicken instead of scallops and it was really good. Next time I will probably cut the amount of pasta to half.

I thought this was just ok....but I don't know if it was the fish or the lemon/orange sauce I wasn't keen on...Very easy though!!!

I am giving this a five....because I loved it....but tweaked it a little....I made 5 servings pasta, about 3 tbs butter...two very large garlic cloves, and 5 servings shrimp....it was fantastic....sprinkle on your own parmesan....yum...

I loved this! I used it w/ orange roughy and freshly grated parmesan only...such a great addition to the delicate taste of this fish...I will definitely make this again!! Yum....

Pork Chop Pileups

This was outstanding...but I made a couple of minor changes. I was just cooking for two, so I used two pork chops, 1/2 onion, 4 oz fresh mushrooms, 2 cans beans (didn't have any potatos), and 1 can of 98FF Cream of Mushroom soup with 1/4 cup milk. It was so good, and the mushroom sauce would make great gravy for bread or mashed potatos. I will definitely be making this a lot!

Chicken and Mushroom Saute

I really liked this recipe, and I pretty much made it as is....except for I didn't pound the breasts thin...and also, I let the breasts simmer in the sauce for a good ten minutes...I think that really added....I served it over a brown rice medley and with asparagas on the side...excellent...
