These muffins were really good! Like everyone else, I loved the crumb topping! They turned out really pretty and moist. I used the jumbo muffin pans and the recipe made about 7. I added vanilla to the batter and my bananas were really big so they had lots of banana flavor. My cat even loved them. He must have eaten almost a whole muffin by himself! My mom had the recipe copied down before she even finished her muffin and I can't keep my fiancee away from them.
Oh is this good! If you like spicy or buffalo wings this is a great dip. I didn't think it would need the cheddar cheese as other reviewers stated, but when I tried it without, it was just ok. I decided to add the cheese and it seemed to bring out more of the flavor and made the consistancy better. This is great. I can't wait to have it again.****update..I added bacon. It's already bad enough for you why not make it taste even better?
This dip was ok. It was good for something different. It was very rich and not spicy enough for me. I also added some ro-tel and seasoned the chicken with fajita spice before cooking. I prefer the Buffalo Chicken Dip a lot more from this site.
I wrote a previous review before I had my party and just had to follow up. I got so many compliments on this. It is more like chocolate chip cheesecake and I had 2 people at the party that don't like cheesecake (go figure) and they both loved this. One of the girls asked if I had any left after she left the party and wanted to come back for more. She said she kept thinking about it. So I am making her another one and printing out this recipe for her. This was excellent and set up wonderfully as a ball for me which I rolled in more mini chips. (make sure to use butter not margarine and regular fat brick cream cheese. Let chill for a couple hours and you should have no problems.) Thanks again for a great recipe.
This is a really, really good fudge sauce. I read the reviews before making this and some people said it wasn't fudgey enough. I love chocolate so I added along with the cocoa, one square of unsweetened baking chocolate and about 1/2 cup of chocolate chips. With the amount of sugar called for, I didn't think I needed anymore. And I'm glad I didn't, it's still just as sweet! I made sure to wait until it was boiling and then let it go for a good seven minutes. Mine wasn't super- super thick, but it was really nice, not thin. Maybe some of the thinner sauces, aren't getting cooked long enough? Anyways, my fiance and I are having a party with Ice cream cake and we will be lucky if we have any hot fudge to serve with it come tomorrow!
This recipe was a big disappointment. I followed the directions and had about 10 people over for a luncheon. I made plenty of items from this site and they all got compliments except for this one. Garlic bread is, in my opinion, one of those things you look forward to when you see it served and this one was not something to look forward to.
I gave this four stars because I did not care for this, but I had a party and I got so many compliments on this dip. I reduced the mayo by 1/4 cup and added in its place some ranch dressing and added some pepper. There were many oooh's and aah's but I just can't get into this. It sounded great so it is just me. I would make it again for a prty but I will be eating something else.
After the initial taste, we didn't even eat it. It was moist though. I will give it that.
Ok, I threw away this recipe after I first made it. The whole family agreed that it was not good. It was too foamy from being whipped up and the pumpkin taste was not there. It did look pretty though. When I went to dispse of it the next day, I gave it another taste. It was sooo good!!! I couldn't believe it was the same pie. The flavors blended well and it had settled and really tasted good. If I made it again, I don't think I would take the time to whip the egg whites.
This was awesome! No problems with it at all. Except that it disappears too fast!
I didn't see the big deal with this. It was good but not great as expected. It got compliments, but not extreme ones or requests for recipes so it may have just been my guests being nice. It did taste a little better reheated as other reviewers stated. I maight try it again and play around with it.
This did not have a strong liquor taste at all. I even read the reviews and added more tequila and triple sec and I used name brand liquors. I used lemon instant pudding and even soaked the cake before icing. It was a great lemon cake, but it was a waste to buy the liquor. It made it very expensive and added nothing more. It was very pretty.
