LADYSIMMONS21

I started to cook for myself when I was in high school because I lived with just my bachelor dad. So, to eat healthy, I had to prepare food for myself. Then, when I left for college, my roommates and I really enjoyed cooking together. I taught them a lot about cooking healthier than than they had eaten most of their lives. When my husband and I got married in 2003, I really got the bug and cooked as often as possible. We lived in our hometown for the first year, and then we moved to Connecticut for him to attend Yale's PA program. This was when I really started to develop more of my cooking habits. I cook every night, and I love this website. The daily dishes come in handy so often. I feel very creative when I cook, and I feel as though it is my outlet after a long day at work.
