I grilled the pork tenderloin over indirect heat. It was moist and tasty. I was a little disappointed that I didn't get a distinct vinegar flavor from my expensive balsamic. Also it was almost too salty with my steak seasoning. I'll use cheaper balsamic next time.
Yum, yum, yum! Tart, sweet, tart, sweet with a wonderful dose of almond flavor. I accidentally grabbed pecans instead of walnuts and it was soooo good! Must love cranberries to love this, but we do, so .... LOVE!
Moist and tasty! I’ll make this one again!
I wish I'd read the reviews first...simple sauce but too much peanut butter with a lack of balance of the other ingredients. I tweaked it as I went, but didn't read about the vinegar until afterward. I added vinegar to the remaining sauce and it made a Huge difference. I'll make again but with modifications.
I made this as a special request from one of my students for his birthday. It was a huge hit with my group of high school seniors!
Wow! Flavorful and relatively simple! This time, I used the basic recipe but had fresh mushrooms and spinach on hand. I steamed the spinach in the microwave to release some of the water and drained on paper towels (used in place of frozen). I sautéed the mushrooms in olive oil. Both were added to the mixture. Also, I had a little bit of Feta that needed to be used, so I added it, too. I love that this recipe is great as is or can be adapted to what you might have on hand.!
No changes - flavor is good as is. My sauce didn't thicken, so I may add cornstarch next time.
Good, easy dessert when you need something quick! Not "company worthy" for special occasions, but definitely "family friendly" for everyday sweets!
Excellent! I used my homemade pesto that was in the freezer, so I used a 1/2 cup instead of 1/3. This recipe is quick, easy and sooooo delicious!
After trying 30 minute pinto beans in our new Quick Cooker, we decided to make refried beans from them. No cooking for us! We drained the beans, added the seasoning, doubling the cumin and lime juice, with the addition of Southwestern Seasoning that I had on hand. Delicious! I'm sorry for the changes, as I feel that its really not the same recipe, but this became a great basis for something with a little more flavor that we prefer.
Very pretty!! We LOVE cranberry and oranges in anything, so they were a hit in our house! The only change I made was to the glaze. I used orange juice in place of the cream, as we wanted a little more orange flavor.
Easy dough in a pinch. Soggy bottom and reminded me of Chef Boyardee box crust from my childhood. Next time, I’ll bake it then flip it before I top it.
