I followed this recipe to the T, and it came out delicious! It was simple, quick, and had only a few main ingredients so I didn't have to go to the store to get anything off hand. It also still tasted good when I reheated it for lunch. I think next time I may add in some onions, just for some more flavor, but it was delicious!
I used regular salt because I didn't have celery salt, and only made enough for one serving (I premake my lunches and dinners for the day due to my work schedule.) When it came out of the oven it looked and smelt delicious, but I didn't eat it until 8 hours later after I reheated it in the microwave from the fridge. It did NOT taste good when reheat. I want to try to make this again, but eat it right away next time, perhaps it will be better. I think I over cooked the fish accidently, so this warning "Be careful not to over cook the fish." from step 3, VERY IMPORTANT!
