These were fantastic! I took them to my son's school for their Thanksgiving feast and EVERYONE asked me for the recipe. Delicious! I did find that I could make more cookies than the recipe states -- I ended up with about 54 rather than 48.
This recipe was ok. It was very easy and quick to make but the flavor/texture was another story. I was a little bit "iffy" about the whole cheese thing, but the end product didn't really taste like cheese at all! However, it did taste kind of strange. I made it for a party yesterday and didn't get any of the rave reviews that other reviewers talked about. People mostly commented that it had a strange texture and a strange taste that they couldn't put their finger on. So, while the fudge wasn't BAD, it wasn't great either.
Mmmmm. This is SO good! I just printed out this recipe 2 weeks ago and have already made it three times! I even make the honey mustard as a spread for sandwiches - it's a little runny for the sandwiches, but I don't care because it tastes SO good! I've also used this on the stovetop - I pounded my chicken breasts flat, then cooked them in a pan until they were no longer pink - then I coated the chicken with the honey mustard and just cooked the chicken for another 30 seconds on each side. It was delicious!
Mmmmmm, this was delicious! I was unsure of not doing anything to the meat but the flavor of the spread was more than enough. I was also unsure about the croutons, but WOW they really added to it. I did two things differently - one was to grill the steak on the BBQ and the other was to add 1 minced clove of garlic to the spread. It didn't look like the spread would be enough for all of our steak (top sirloin) but I had leftovers. Next time I will probably brown the bread whole (without crust) and then serve the steak on top of the bread - that way, when you cut your steak you get a little bit of the bread with each bite. I will DEFINITELY be making this again!!
Ooooh yum. This was delicious!!!!! I wasn't sure what I was supposed to do with the garlic so I minced it. I didn't have chicken broth (which I realized half way through cooking) so I used beef broth and it was still wonderful. Even my kids oooh-ed and aaaah-ed (of course, I served theirs without the mushrooms LOL). Will DEFINITELY make this again!!
I totally don't get the rave reviews. There wasn't really anything good to say about this recipe. The kids ate it but not without a little complaining. Dh couldn't even finish his portion. Definitely won't be making this one again.
Mmmm, this was good! Nothing amazing, but it was tasty! I used spicy nacho doritos and I still think it needed more of a kick. But it was still good the way it was :)
