It was ok. I used pork tenderloin. For some reason the pork remained dry. The sauce was too watery as others have said. It smelled great and had a good flavor, but I probably won't make it again.
Delicious! I put in 1 tablespoon of sugar instead of 2 and it was perfect - sweet but not too sweet.
My boys inhaled these! I added an extra 3 tsp of sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon and baked for only 10 min as suggested by other reviewers. I didn't use muffin cups, just greased the pan really good and they popped out easily. I think next time I won't put in nutmeg as it was a bit overwhelming.
