Tried it last night...my husband is not a huge fan of fish but I think he would pay me to make this again! I baked it a little longer after the parmesan mix was applied until really bubbly and kind of toasty on the edges. Super and super easy!
Awesome!! The smells were wonderful as it was cooking and you never know if it will taste as good...but it was fantastic. And just got better with time as it seasoned. I always believe cumin is the key so added a tiny bit extra.
For a quick and easy meal, I just made the meatballs and cooked them on a cooking sheet at 350 for 35min. Then (after refrigerating for a while) I put them in with my fav spaghetti sauce and let them heat through. Pour over spaghetti and...wha-la!
It's a winner! Good mix of flavors. I lined the casserole dish with tortilla chips for a little shell. Also had some sour cream on the side for a cool taste with the dish. Good stuff. And more importantly, hubby liked it! Following the directions it's mild. I used the original style Rotel. If you want a kick, I suggest more cayenne or hot Rotel.
Made it just as described. I've always struggled to find a squash recipe that my husband and I both liked. This one delivered. And it's easy and you likely have all the ingredients. Yep, it's a winner.
Awesome and easy. I used fresh instead of frozen broccoli just because I had it, and a couple of garlic pods minced and added to the onion. Didn’t have corn starch so I went with another’s suggestion and made a roux with flour in the butter instead. It was just a bit soupy for our taste so I added in just about 2c of cooked rice to chunk it up a bit.
Perfect as-is. Hubby loved it. I halved because I wasn’t sure we would or could eat it all but now I know...shoulda made the whole thing! Had to make it in stages because of interruptions but this recipe is perfect for that.
