Italian Sausage and Mushroom Lasagna with Bechamel Sauce

Rating: 5 stars 29
The bechamel adds a little something special to this wonderful lasagna. I like to use part skim ricotta and mozzarella and low-fat milk to cut some of the fat in this dish. You won't notice the difference.

Pork Chops in Garlic Mushroom Sauce

Seared boneless pork chops served with a garlicky mustard mushroom sauce.

Italian Sausage Soup

Rating: 5 stars 3418
Spicy sausage, white beans, and spinach make this a hearty winter soup.

Chef John's Copycat McRib® Sandwich

Rating: 4.5 stars 29
I tip my cap to a certain fast food franchise for coming up with the idea for a boneless baby back rib sandwich, the only downside being that they use about 60 mystery ingredients-- ribs not necessarily being one of them. That's why you should try this easy homemade version with real ribs; simply bake, chill, cut, sauce, finish on the grill, and voila! One of the best sandwiches I've ever had.

Tuna Melts

Simple garlic-honey marinated pork chops that are seared in a pan. A great, delicious, quick recipe to have during the weeknight with your family. Garnish with pickled shallots.

Lunch Lady Texas Goulash

Rating: 3.5 stars 2
Full of delicious grown-up flavor but reminiscent of school lunch days, this favorite goulash will bring back childhood memories.

Mediterranean Chicken and Pepper Casserole

Rating: 4 stars 26
Vegetables, chicken breast, pasta, and Italian cheeses are baked until bubbly for a delicious one-pot dinner for two. I like to serve this with a light salad and crisp white wine.
