absolutely delicious, I would agree with the other reviewers tht the oil and butter could be cut inhalf and still be just fine. My husband and son gave it a 10.

Amazing flavor, my family LOVED it. The ribs cooked in the aluminum foil made the ribs fall off the bones. I didn't use the grill. I drained off the fat and opened up the foil and poured the sauce on them and let them bake in the oven. WOW. SOOO GOOD !!!!!! thanks Scott for this great recipe tgonzalez

This recipe was very good, I changed it a little by adding canned bullion instead of granules, also I sautéed the rice before adding the bullion. when the rice was finished I added some fresh butter, along with the lime juice and the cilantro, and garlic powder, thanks for this great recipe, my family loved it Tlgonzalez
This sauce was delicious but I changed a few things, I used fresh ginger, instead of baking the porkchops I sautéed I'm on a griddle, then poured the sauce over the top of the Porkchop, Delicious Thanks Tlgonzalez
This recipe was delicious, I changed it up a little. I used Swiss cheese instead of Monterey Jack, then I added chopped up mushrooms and green onions, my husband loved it. you said this recipe was a definite make again. thank you Tlgonzalez
This recipe needs 10 stars, it was so good that it's hard to believe it's a vegetarian dish. I served it in a whole wheat tortilla, with coleslaw made of a little mayonnaise the cabbage lime juice and a smidge of sugar. this dish is definitely one to make again. This recipe was amazing!!!!! I used 1/8 tsp of chipotle marinade sauce instead of hot sauce. The taste was really refreshing. I also added avocado to the cabbage mixture. I would give this recipe 5 stars.
