Paula Antoniou

I go through cooking phases. I went through a phase for a few years when I cooked almost nothing. Now I'm getting more interested in cooking again. My other big loves are distance running (think marathons), mountain biking, hiking, camping, the outdoors, fitness and cats!

A little too garlicky and tart for me. Next time I will cut back on the garlic and lemon. Otherwise, very yummy and worth making again!

My coworker and I kid each other constantly about who can make the best cheesecake. I used this recipe for a bake-off at our Christmas party and beat him badly!! Everyone loved it!! Thanks for sharing, Stephanie.

Very good! The sauce is the clincher. It is simple to make and tastes wonderful. It even stands up to substitutions such as dilute white wine vinegar in place of wine and olive oil in place of butter.
