I only used 2 chicken breasts but kept the sauce the same plus one clove of garlic. I also used a merlot and can't imagine it with using white wine! Very easy, and was a hit!

I used 6 boneless chicken thighs cooked in coconut oil, added the onion when I flipped them over. Used the seasonings as suggested but added a little chile powder, salt and pepper. Cut the chicken up when cooked to allow the seasonings to simmer in. We thought it was very good and different. Husband says to make again!

Easy Classic Goulash

I didn't have sofrito, so I chopped up some green pepper and added some pepper, cumin, salt, avocado oil and a dash of chile pepper. Used gluten free pasta. Husband said it's the best goulash he's ever had!

Barbecued Chicken Quesadillas

We really enjoyed this! Added sautéed onion and garlic and chopped roasted pepper and sun dried tomato paste rather than tomato.

Apple Coffee Cake

I doubled the recipe but used half the sugar and and used more apples and cinnamon. We loved it!

Ham and Broccoli Bake

I sautéed onion with the ham and added some dried basil, garlic powder and a pinch of cayenne to the dish. This helped kick it up a bit! I also mixed the cheese in rather than on top and covered with foil to bake to keep from drying out.

White Cheese Chicken Lasagna

Very good! I reduced the total cheese by 2 cups and still seemed like too much cheese. I also used more of the oregano and basil. I think I'll try again with less cheese and include some artichokes!

Yummy! I halved the recipe and sautéed the mushrooms in butter and added some onion and garlic to put in the sauce. Didn't use browning sauce. There was plenty of sauce for the 1 lb of ground beef. Served atop of mashed cauliflower.

Yummy! I started cooking the chicken first after marinating it in some spice and oil, then added the onion and garlic so they wouldn't get overdone. I didn't have tomatoes on hand but did add a couple of heaping teaspoons of tomato paste as well as some of the artichoke liquid. Nice pasta dish!

This was very tasty! I made a few changes but still giving 5 stars. I cooked the onion, garlic and some celery in a little butter. I also steamed some cauliflower to add into the dish since I had some on hand. There was plenty of sauce to incorporate the cauliflower but had to spread on top. I had shredded parm cheese on hand so that's what I used and then bread crumbs on top.
