I cut this recipe in half and made 4 mini loaves. It was delicious. The texture was light and fluffy and the flavors blended well together. I served it to company and they all wanted the recipe!
I followed the recipe exactly except for the topping. I didn’t have mini chocolate chips but since it was Halloween, I crushed two Butterfinger minis and sprinkled them on top. My husband loved them and said I’m not allowed to share with anyone else:).
