I often eat at Macaroni Grill and order their Pollo Scaloppine. I thought I might try and adapt it at home using a mild fish. My husband was amazed at what I came up with. It's good with salad, brown rice and crusty bread.

Crispy baked grouper fillets topped with a cheesy crab and pepper mixture. Easy to make, and nice to look at! This topping can also be used to stuff mushrooms. You can use any type of cheese that you like in this recipe. Italian cheeses work especially well.
