Its not just for breakfast anymore!
Preheat oven to 350
Heat evaporated milk & 2 cups sugar til sugar is dissolved,stir. Cool slightly.
Combine
biscuit mix,1/4 cup melted margerine,milk,eggs, sour cream & 1 tsp cinnamon. Add coconut if desired.
Pour batter into Pam sprayed or greased 9x12 pan.
In small bowl combine topping ingredients & drop by spoonful over raw batter.
Bake 35-40 mins. Test w/toothpick for doneness.
Cool cake 10 mins, cut into squares & ENJOY!
You may also use 1 can of Sweetened Condensed milk instead of evaporated milk & sugar. Original recipe claims to use 11/7 pan but I found it to fill too high.
