  • Preheat oven to 350

  • Heat evaporated milk & 2 cups sugar til sugar is dissolved,stir. Cool slightly.

  • Combine

  • biscuit mix,1/4 cup melted margerine,milk,eggs, sour cream & 1 tsp cinnamon. Add coconut if desired.

  • Pour batter into Pam sprayed or greased 9x12 pan.

  • In small bowl combine topping ingredients & drop by spoonful over raw batter.

  • Bake 35-40 mins. Test w/toothpick for doneness.

  • Cool cake 10 mins, cut into squares & ENJOY!

Tips

You may also use 1 can of Sweetened Condensed milk instead of evaporated milk & sugar. Original recipe claims to use 11/7 pan but I found it to fill too high.
