Everybody Loves 3 Bean Chili

Ingredients

• 1 can chili beans (pinto beans & sauce)
• 1 can dark kidney beans,drained
• 1 can light kidney beans,drained
• 1/2 lb.gr.turkey
• 1/2 lb.gr.beef,very lean
• 14 oz can diced tomatoes
• 1 large can green chilies
• 1/2-1 cup mild salsa (or whatever heat you like)
• 1Tbs.chili powder
• 1tsp.Adobo seasoning or salt
• 1tsp.cumin
• black pepper to taste
• 1 cup onion,diced
• *water as needed if you like a little thinner chili

• Step 1

  Season the meats w/pepper & Adobo

• Step 2

  Brown the meats w/onion-drain if needed

• Step 3

  Add all ingredients & bring to a boil

• Step 4

  Cover & reduce heat

• Step 5

  Simmer 20-25 mins.

• Step 6

  Opt. Top each bowl w/a little shredded cheddar & dollop of sour cream
