• 2 cloves garlic,minced
• 1 medium diced onion
• 1 15 oz can navy or white kidney beans
• 1 15 oz. can diced tomatoes
• 4 cups chicken broth
• 2 cups water
• 1 tsp.adobo seasoning (optional)
• 4 cups escarole or kale
• 2-3 links cooked Italian sausage
• 1 Tb.fennel
• 1 tsp.salt & 1 tsp. black pepper

• Step 1

  Saute onion & garlic in small pan w/a little oil.

  Add all ingredients & cook til escarole is tender.

• Step 3

  Or cook escarole in a little water by itsself & add to all other ingredients when its tender.
