I really love this recipe, the toasted almonds are the best part. My only comment is that you cannot make it much more than 12 hours ahead as bottom ingredients will get soggy.

I use this as a base recipe most every week. You can use pretty much any kind of condensed soup that you have around and I used mixed vegetables for ease and don’t add milk if you like your casseroles less soupy.

Perfect! I was looking for a recipe to replace buying frozen pancakes and I think these will freeze and be easy to use for the kids breakfast.

I make these fairly often and freeze the extra for a quick breakfast in the mornings for my kids. They always turn out well and keep well. You could also make ahead for a waffle bar for an easy brunch!

Good recipe, my kids devoured them. The baking time was too long for my oven so I got them out about the 17 min mark but should probably make it 15.
