Trying to make eating healthy part of my lifestyle. There are so many great ideas out there, I hardly know where to start! Fresh veggies, fish and poultry are topping the list. Smoothies and whole grains also. I hope this does some good for these getting old bones of mine!

I made this today with pomegranate juice instead of the pineapple orange, added a little kale to pack in some extra nutritional punch. Delicious!

I can't remember loving a chicken dish more than this! I prepared exactly to the recipes except for using split breasts instead of boneless. So easy, so delicious!

I made exactly as listed and it was fabulous! I will be making this a lot. This makes a great all purpose chicken for salads, sandwiches or just to have with some veggies and potatoes or rice on the side. Perfect!
