Simple and delicious! Served with Irish stew for St. Patricks day, great meal. I will make this often.
Great recipe, I've made one similiar for years. Very important to seed the tomatoes prior to dicing them, otherwise you end up with gazpacho!
This recipe is awesome. The only tweak I made was doing 1/4 C vinegar and 1/4 C Aji-mirin...gave the sauce a little bit of sweetness but it is awesome on pot stickers, thanks Rebecca!
