Sweet Dijon Salad Dressing
I love this tangy, sweet salad dressing . . . and it's very low fat! Great on any green salad, but especially good on a salad of mixed greens, dried cranberries, and toasted walnuts with just a little feta cheese.

A great salad dressing for a southwestern salad--greens, black beans, corn salsa, tomatoes, onions, black olives and a little cheddar cheese--add chicken to make it a meal.
