Eggnog French Toast
Serve warm with syrup for the perfect holiday breakfast or brunch treat.
Stuffed Orange Peppers
Orange bell peppers are stuffed with a mixture of ground turkey, onion, tomatoes, rice, and cheese. Make it an appetizer with mini bell peppers to serve at a party. Add some color. Whatever you have, cilantro, parsley, any herb to add to the look and taste. Enjoy!
Spinach and Feta Turkey Burgers
Easy grilled turkey patties made with chopped spinach, garlic, and feta.
Turkey and Quinoa Meatloaf
I always found turkey meatloaf to be quite disappointing. The flavor is usually lacking as well as the texture. Well, I have developed this version that has a great texture and a surprisingly good flavor (my brother couldn't even tell that it wasn't beef)! The secret is the quinoa, which adds wonderful texture and is much nuttier than breadcrumbs. I hope you enjoy this recipe!

Mozzarella-Stuffed Pesto Turkey Meatballs
I came up with this recipe for a recipe contest, and it's been a family favorite ever since. For a lighter version, omit stuffing the meatballs with mozzarella cheese. Serve with your choice of pasta.
Slow Cooker Pumpkin Turkey Chili
An easy chili that's sure to please. I've made this for a Halloween party and a chili cook-off at work with great results! It's a great base with lots of options to spice it up depending on the crowd you're cooking for! I usually put everything together in the morning and let it simmer all day; cooking time can be adjusted to fit your needs.
Slow Cooker Cilantro Lime Chicken
This is a nice change from plain chicken tacos. The cilantro really adds a burst of flavor to this recipe.
Cherry Chicken
Lightly floured chicken pieces with the sweet flavor of dark cherries and orange slices make a great cherry chicken entrée that can be served over rice or with a salad for a lighter meal. Boneless pieces can be used if desired.
