It was EXCELLENT!! I followed the advise of AMFISCHER about cutting back on the spices, but the one thing that I changed was that I didn't brown the meatballs first. I simmered them in the sauce and I added basil, oregano, garlic salt, and crushed garlic and let it simmer for 45 minutes. IT WAS GREAT!!! The family loved it!
This recipe was EXCELLENT. It was so easy to make I had all the ingrediants and had my 3yr old help me. I read the reviews first and did what more than half recommended.. add vanilla and cinnamon also the brown sugar sweetens it up. Cook time I recommened 40 min and check it, if more time is need (not a clean toothpick, or cake tester) continue heating in incriments of 10min!! This one is going in the book!!! One other thing is that I immediatly removed it from the stone loaf pan and wrapped it in foil! This made the heat from the bread retain the moister and came out EXCELLENT..did I say that again!!
It was time cumsuming but they were GREAT!! But being PuertoRican myself almost every dish HAS TO HAVE SA-SON! I added just one package of Sa-son with the onions and bell pepper to lock in the flavor. After I drained the meat I added Basil, Garlic Poweder, and Chili Poweder to taste! It was WONDERFUL!! This one is a keeper!

Needed a quick last minute recipe, and I bumped into this one! It was great! We only marinaded it for 4hrs and it gave it a great taste. Next time overnight!

WOW!!! This was way to easy and the results were EXCELLENT! We grilled lobster w/the baste and Rib Eye steak with Doreen's Marinade, WHAT A COMBINATION! Thanks Joe for this recipe.
Everyone loved it, I thought it was okay. I will do it again, but next time I definatly will cut the asparagus in half or thirds.. was a little messy to serve.
This was GREAT! It wasn't to hard and the results were wonderful. The one thing that I do recommend is making a double patch of the sauce. I like my chicken smothered.
The whole family loved it.. and I mean the WHOLE family all 9 of us! So far this has been the summer grilling favorite! The longer you marinate the better it taste! I definatly recommend pounding the chicken and not grilling for more than 10min very moist!! If you have leftovers there great chopped up in a salad! Thanks Janet!!
