This rice pudding was so easy to make and tasted delicious! The only change I made was that I added cinnamon to the end result. I will be trying it with half and half the next time because I will be making this recipe again.

While trying to find a different pork recipe I came across this and am so glad I did! I followed the directions as is and it was easy and delicious....my family can't wait for me to make this again. This would also make a great recipe for company.

London Broil Sauce

This was very tasty as a marinade. I substituted a can of Campbell's beefy mushroom soup for the brown gravy and added a bit of garlic powder. A great way to zest up a london broil.

This was delicious. I had some reservations about the brewed coffee but there was no coffee taste at all. I also used dried basil and a bay leaf. Very easy recipe to follow and the family loved it.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

The brown sugar and ketchup glaze is very good and I put it on both the bottom of the pan and the top as I think the glaze on top seeps into the meat for more flavor. This was the first meatload recipe I ever made that called for milk and it's something I will be omitting in the future, it made it a little too mushy for my liking.

Made this last night and my husband LOVED it. I floured my meat before browning. Slight change was that I did not have any brown gravy mix so I just used some gravy master and wonder. Simmered for 1 hour and the meat was so tender. I served over mashed potatoes. Next time I am going to add mushrooms and use low salt soy sauce, because there will definitely be a next time.

Pignoli (Pine Nut) Cookies

These cookies taste good, although I think I will cut down the sugar next time to 3/4 but I had to cook them more than double the stated 10-12 minute cook time. Use very small spoonfuls when placing on the baking sheet, the smaller cookies had a better look and texture than the larger.

Crescent Cake Cookies

I used about 1/2 teaspoon of almond extract. The mixture was a bit too crumbly for me to work with so I added a bit of water and that helped. I could not get the crescent shape so they looked a bit different and I did roll them in powdered sugar after baking and that not only gave a great taste but made them look better as well. I will make these again.

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

I tried this recipe because it looked so easy and I will not be trying it again. I used splenda instead of sugar. The cookies had a very strange texture and crumbled too much. Everyone I gave to try one had the same opinion. I ended up giving them to my dog...who loved them.

This is a great recipe that everyone loved. After reading other reviews I modified very slightly with additions: I added 2 stalks of celery, some green onions, and one carrot. The flavor was outstanding and today I will be making this again as there was none left from last nights dinner. I will add some baby shrimp as well tonight.

Roasted Beets 'n Sweets

I have recently began having vegetables delivered from a local farm and chose the famrmer's choice to try new vegetables that I would never buy on my own. Having a batch of beets and not being familiar with them I found this recipe to try and really enjoyed it. I will try adding some goat cheese as others have suggested in the future. The good thing about this recipe is it was enjoyed both hot out of the oven and cold the next day.
