This was really good. used a bag of fresh pre-chopped veggies for a really quick meal.
These were very good, but don't press down too hard when making the criss cross pattern. My first batch was too thin and I ended up with flat little peanut butter donuts and the jelly melted through.
This was really excellent, everyone liked it. However, make sure you have time to make it, it does take quite a while. Also used mexican style stewed tomotoes and garlic and onion diced tomatoes and then left out the green chilles. Really good with just the right amount of heat.
Added craisins instead of raisins and it was wonderful, tart and sweet.
So simple and good. Let it marinate all day while at work and it was so moist and flavorful after broiling it. Will definitely be making this again and again.
This was good. The flavors melded together nicely. I immediately tossed the shrimp and sauce with some linguine, salad and garlic bread to complete the meal. No leftovers either.
made this last night and it was wonderful. first time making fish for me. cooked it on the stove, it was too hot to turn on the oven. delicious and so easy and quick to make.
This was pretty good, next time I will definitely add some fresh garlic and ginger for more flavor and maybe even marinate the shrimp for a bit.
Such a simple and good tasting recipe. I dipped the chicken in an egg white only and then the bread crumb mixture. Then I sprayed an aluminum foil covered cookie sheet with non-fat spray and baked the chicken for about 15 minutes. Heated up the sauce separtely and poured over once everything was on the table.
Soooo good. Just made it for two people so I only added about 1 cup of the fresh tomatoes. Seasoned the chicken with some Emerils chicken rub and used the garlic and herb Near East rice pilaf. Mixed everything up and rolled into burritos, very flavorful, easy and filling. Highly recommend.
These were wonderful, especially when they were warm from the oven.
This was such a great appetizer. So easy to make and everyone loved it. I followed the recipe exactly except for adding 3 cups of cheddar cheese, and I made 2 good size cheese balls. Definitely a keeper.
