Simply Good Tuna Salad

Very simple, but yet I am asked to make it all the time. I use tuna packed in olive oil, it's a little more expensive but I think worth it for the flavor and moisture.

Ingredients

3 cans tuna packed in olive oil (drained)
2 hard boiled eggs peeled & chopped coarsely
2 medium dill pickles chopped coarsely
2 1/2 heaping tbs low fat mayonnaise (approximately)

Directions

Step 1
In a medium mixing bowl combine the tuna, eggs, pickles and just enough mayonnaise to hold it all together.

Step 2
For sandwiches I use a nice whole wheat bread with a tiny bit of mayonnaise on each slice to moisten.
