We loved this! I converted a"pinch" to a teaspoon, and cooked for 4 hours on high. Beauty.
Fantastic, flavourful, awesome! I really didn’t change much at all. Added about 1 tsp of kosher salt, and a frozen chunk of spinach. Followed the recipe to a T otherwise. Also, I recommend serving over rice. Strangely, all I had was Uncle Bens garlic parmesan and the combo was perfect.
Cumin taste was very strong, which spoiled it for me. I am a huge fan of the curry-stand tikka masala sauce in this site. This was a weak cousin. Will not make this again.
