This hot chocolate mix uses bittersweet chocolate and cocoa, with no artificial dairy; an excellent gift for a chocoholic or gourmet food lover. The recipient just adds boiling water to the mix--simmering over the stove is not required. If the chocolate is not grated finely enough, the finished cocoa will have a speckled appearance. Powdered vanilla is available at specialty food shops.
