microwaveable S'mores

Break graham cracker into two halves. Place the 2 squares of chocolate onto one half of the graham cracker. Place the marshmallow on top of the chocolate. then place the other half of the graham cracker on top of the marshmallow. Place the sandwich on a papertowel or paperplate and microwave for 10 to 30 seconds on high, until the chocolate looks like it is just beginning to start to melt. Marshmallow will swell up really big, then get small again when it comes out of the microwave. give the sandwich a few seconds to cool before biting in, as microwaved foods tend to be hotter in the middle.
