This was a great recipe. Big hit at the table! The only thing I did that the instructions did not say was to remove the pan from heat and then stir in the cheese. I used finely shredded which worked great.
This is a great recipe. I doubled the recipe and added kernels from 3 ears of corn and baked in a 9x13 pan. Very moist.
