Very nice, quick, and simple alternative to salmon from a smoker!
This recipe is delicious, and the recipe as listed does make a LOT. I too served over buttermilk biscuits. I prepared the dish as written, except followed others' advice and used only 2 bouillon cubes. Next time (and there will be a next time) I will cut the black pepper to about 3/4 tablespoon.
OMG. These burgers are fantastic! I made them exactly as the recipe directed, then grilled them on a charcoal (not gas) grill. I would never have guessed these were made of turkey; and the pesto & feta gives them a wonderful twist. This recipe is a keeper!
This is the best yellow squash recipe I have ever tasted! I have made this recipe several times since having discovered the recipe.
This is absolutely delicious. I took another person's advice and used venison instead of beef. However, I cut the recipe in half, cooked all ingredients on the stove top until done and then added a quart jar of home-canned venison at the end and gently turned into the sauce. The only other change was that I sprinkled some saffron into the mix since I did not have achiote. Will definitely make this again! Thank you!

OMG we LOVED this recipe! Don't know what is about about this combination, but the taste was spot on! Made it exactly as the recipe reads and served with 20 oz. frozen turkey Swedish meatballs. Definitely a keeper !
