Tinga

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat and saute onion until transparent, about 5 minutes. Add chicken and saute another 5 minutes. In a blender, blend tomatoes and peppers until smooth, adding more tomatoes if too spicy. Pour mixture into skillet and simmer 15 mins. Serve on tostada shells and top with sour cream and lettuce.
