Chef John's Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Rating: 4.5 stars 186
When I visit my mom we usually make it to P.F. Chang's® at least once and always start the meal with their very popular chicken lettuce wraps. They do a good job with most of the dishes I've had, but the wraps are clearly my favorite. I don't do a lot of copycat recipes; these chicken lettuce wraps, however, are a delicious exception.

Chef John's Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip

Rating: 4.5 stars 179
I've always enjoyed hot spinach artichoke dip, but it always struck me as a little oily. I decided to try a mayo-less version, and then raised the stakes even higher by excluding the sour cream as well. To counter this, a bit more cheese was added, and the results were amazing. A rich, creamy, cheesy, not greasy dip.

Teriyaki Bacon Wrapped Scallops

Rating: 5 stars 39
Bacon-wrapped scallops lightly marinated in teriyaki, freshly grated ginger, and brown sugar sauce. These are always a huge hit at every party I go to. They disappear fast, and then I'm always asked for the recipe. I often hear comments such as: "What an awesome combination! These are so addictive!"
