Devil's Food Peanut Butter Chip Cookies

Made these for a cookie exchange at work. Most people loved them (peanut butter chips did not agree with everyone). But they were fast and easy and very tasty. An alternative would be to add coconut or nuts instead of the PB chips for a less sweet taste.

Cranberry Pistachio Biscotti

Fantastic. Even the crumbs are great. I have never made biscotti before but this was extremely easy. I followed the recipe as listed except used 1 cup of pistachios and chopped them, 1 cup of orange flavoured dried cranberries, and added 1 cup of white chocolate chips. the dough was very stiff and sticky so definately use a sturdy mixing spoon. Also wet hands were much better than oiled to form the logs. ... Enjoy

Nice chocolate flavour and not too sweet or overpowering. Good with coffee or icecream. modified the recipe a bit, used oil insterad of butter, regular sized chocolate chips and slivered almonds instead of walnuts and omitted the egg wash. you definately need a sturdy wooden spoon to mix the batter as it is very stiff.baked at 350 degrees for first baking and 300 degrees for 2nd baking and only for about 8 minutes per side. The sliced cookies will scorch so check after 8- 10 min.

Chai Tea Mix

This recipe makes an excellent chai spiced tea. I did modify it by using only the spices listed including adding the nutmeg, allspice and pepper. Add approx. 1/4 tsp to your cup of tea when you add the hot water to the tea bag.( I use 10 oz mugs) and adjust your sugar and milk to taste. You will have sediment in the bottom of your cup from the spices since they don't disolve. Works awesome in a teapot too!

awesome salad! better the 2nd day. Have been making this salad for several years. Have reduced the oil to 1/2 cup and sugar to 1/4 cup and omitted the crushed noodles to accommodate dietary issues. Still very tasty and healthful salad. Always requested for potlucks.

Overall recipe was very good . Made exactly as written. Found that it was a bit salty. Will probably use low salt bullion or reduce the bullion cubes to 2.
