Roasted Pork Loin

This was a superb dish! I have always hated pork loin, but I think it's because no one ever cooked it like this! My modifications: 1) Cooked at 300 degrees for 2 hours, 2) Substituted basil for rosemary, 3) Substituted 3/4 c. chicken broth for wine. I baked this in a covered dish, and the meat was simply falling apart when done. Thanks for a great recipe!

My father-in-law is a pecan pie connoisseur, so I have been trying for several years to impress him by making the "perfect" pecan pie. He told me I could stop trying with this recipe! It's FANTASTIC!!! I didn't change a thing about the recipe. It is the BEST EVER!!

UNBELIEVABLE! What a treat! I was trying to get rid of some extra milk chocolate chips when I came across this recipe. I'm always on the lookout for good flour-less recipes, so I was excited to give this a try. My family could not believe these were made out of black beans! We could not taste them at all. Thanks for the fabulous recipe.

This was a little bland, but it's a keeper because it's so easy. I used coriander instead of thyme, and I thought it gave it a nice sweet taste.

Wonderful! I was nervous about making this as I've never really made anything with curry, but I had a couple of zucchini that I needed to get rid of, and I thought why not? It was delicious! My husband loved it, and even a couple of my children tried it and loved it! Didn't change a thing and will be making this frequently. Thank you!

Pecan-Coconut-Chess Pie

I had an extra pie crust and was browsing AllRecipes to find a new pie to try. This recipe caught my eye because these are my three favorite pies! I figured it would be easy to taste the pecan and coconut, but I doubted whether the actual flavor of chess would come through. Boy, was I wrong! This pie actually tastes like all three pies in one. It is very sweet and rich and reminds me of all the pies I had growing up. Love it! I made it as-is except for the substitution of butter instead of margarine. Thanks for a great recipe!

Harvest Salad

This is a lovely, wonderful salad. The ingredients are extremely flexible (pecans vs. walnuts, feta vs. blue cheese, etc.). The flavor of any one ingredient is not overpowering. It's the textures that make it divine. Fantastic recipe. Thank you!
