I made this recipe when I discovered I was suddenly hosting a dinner party for six in two short hours. I was at the store and saw a Red Snapper fillet which looked like the right size, so I pulled up "Red Snapper" on allrecipes. It took hardly ANY time to prepare, and my guests were blown away! I got rave reviews for this dish. The snapper goes perfectly with the livornese and was anything but fishy in taste. It holds up beautifully for a reheat. I'll definitely do this one again.
I have ruined more expensive roasts than you can imagine until I found this recipe! My family and friends beg me to serve this! It's easy, and comes out perfectly pink and moist every time. Bravo!

This was absolutely a winner! I couldn't find mache so used watercress instead. plus I used walnuts. Golden beets, and raspberry vinaigrette. The basic recipe is just SO good!
I didn’t have yellow onion so I used red, and I don’t like things too sweet so I cut down on the sugar a little (about 1/3 less). This is just delicious!!! I’ll definitely make it again
