A big hit at any party! Absolutely Fabulous. We have made it using sugar free and low-cal. products and it is still soooooo sinful.

I followed the recipe except I had to place the water bath directly below the cheesecake, and it is beautiful. Took an extra 40 mins to cook, I live at 5300 ft. so thats not unusual. I rate it a 10!!

I saw in the picture it has confectioners icing. I did not do this and we still like the cookie. I would ice if we needed to satisfy a raging sweet tooth.

I didn't have any cilantro so I substituted parsley. It was really good and satisfying so filling we couldn't eat it all. Will definitely keep it in my healthy eating arsenal.

I put a can of diced tomatoes, reduce sauce to 2 C. The wine is important for a more complex flavor. Otherwise a great recipe. Who said soup is just for winter?
