Thanks so much for posting this recipe. We had some leftover ham and white wine, which I added to my batch. My late father was a professional chef, when it was totally uncool to be one, and he always said, keep it simple. This will be one of my staples, I love pasta. I believe seasoning is a personal taste , but the base is perfect. I'll add some parsley when we will eat it. Cheers, Stefanie
