This recipe was very good!! My two small children even liked it (6 yrs old & 2 yrs old). The only thing I did differently was that I doubled the ingredients for the sauce. I didn't think it had enough flavor without doubling it and it was a little dry. VERY TASTY THOUGH!
I had been searching for a peanut butter fudge recipe that is exactly like my Great Grandmothers for a very long time with no luck, until I finally came across this one. This recipe is JUST like hers and everyone loves it! My mothers boyfriend would request her fudge every holiday until she became too old to make it anymore. I have decided to take over the tradition and he couldn't have been happier this Christmas when i brought him a giant tub of fudge. thank you for sharing this recipe with us! Update: I wanted to share that when I cook this fudge I do use a candy thermometer just because I own one and I like to be consistent every time. I have been cooking it to exactly 240° because we like the fudge to be nice and creamy. 7 minutes is just about the perfect cooking time for that, but make sure it's 7 minutes from when it comes to a rolling boil.
I made this recipe for my husband and I a few weeks ago. He is a very picky eater and really wont eat any food that is really healthy. He ate the entire thing this time. We werent overwhelmed by how it tasted but it was refreshing and healthy.
I make this icing every year at Christmas time for my children and I to decorate the gingerbread ornaments we make. I LOVE how it doesn't have egg in and it tastes great. It dries hard like royal icing as well.
this is a delicious and quick meal! i added parmesean cheese to the dish which made it even tastier!
this recipe is incredible delicius as is! I didn't change a thing and my family and I loved it! highly reccomend! I love how quick it was to make because I had precooked chicken from the night before.
