This was super yummy. I couldn't find any ground ham so I just used ground beef and pork. I used a few garlic cloves instead of powder. I also added a ham hock to the pot. It came out delicious! oooh and there is an ethnic grocery store in my neighborhood so I just bought picked whole cabbage leaves which added great flavor and saved me a lot of work!

I doubled the recipe minus the tomato paste, just put in 1 can. I also made my own paneer. It was okay, nothing great. I don't think I would make it again. For as much work as I put into it making the paneer, and then having it come out so so, it wasn't worth it. Like others said there was something missing but I dont know what it was. I'm not a stranger to cooking Indian food but I still couldn't figure out what this dish needed.

This was great. I just used better than bouillon, no butter to cut down on fat. Still great. I've only ever eaten bulgur mixed in with chili, not by itself. I will definitely make this again as a whole grain healthy side dish!

This was okay. I should have tried it before serving it at Thanksgiving. All you could taste was soy sauce. I even used the lite kind. I followed the recipe exactly. If I was to make it again I would definitely use a lot less soy sauce, or maybe omit it. Even with 5 cloves of garlic all you can taste is soy sauce. I do have to say the texture is spot on. Super smooth, glossy, and it kept well (not very much got eaten so I had a lot of leftover gravy).

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

The muffins are good but the crumb topping is horrible. I used brown sugar instead of white, based on all of the reviews and now i have hardened hunks of brown sugar all over my muffin tops making them look really unappetizing and very unpleasant to chew. Next time I'll just follow the original recipe.

My plums were really ripe. This was just like eating plum soup. The topping was good. I added an extra egg to it because it was extremely dry with one. I probably won't make this again. I guess don't make this recipe if your plums are ripe.

This recipe was awesome! I used beyond meat hot Italian sausage and left out the cayenne. I tried it once doubling the liquid per another reviewer and I do not recommend it. Just stick to the original recipe. I've made this at least 4 times now! Delicious!
