Heat jello and borscht together to dissolve the jello. Add entire jar of horseradish (including the liquid) and lemon juice. Let cool. Oil mold and pour 1/2 jello mixture into the mold. Let slightly gel. Lie fish in mold as close together as possible. Cover with rest of jello mixture. Fills a 6 cup mold. Use a ring mold. Refrigerate
