Adrienne's Tom Ka Gai
Fragrant, spicy, and absolutely delicious Thai chicken soup. I've eaten a bit of Thai, and I think this comes very close. Add noodles if you like with the cilantro.
Asian Barbequed Butterflied Leg of Lamb
Inspired by Mongolian Beef and the Korean short ribs my grandfather always made for special occasions. Have your butcher trim, split, and debone a whole leg of lamb for you. Make the marinade (also good on ribs, or steak, or pork). Marinate overnight. Grill the meat to desired doneness. Slice to serve. We like it wrapped in tortillas or flatbreads with leaves of butter lettuce.
Awesome Broccoli-Cheese Casserole
This casserole will turn even the pickiest of eaters into broccoli fans!

Puerto Rican Garlic Marinade
This sauce/marinade goes well with any type of meat. It gives lots of flavor, the longer the meat marinades, the more flavorful it will be.
Rosemary Garlic Rub
This olive oil-based rosemary seasoning is great on chicken or pork, particularly when using an indirect grilling method. You can also use this on potatoes. To coat potatoes, cut small baking potatoes into eighths and par-boil for about 5 minutes. Coat with mixture, then place directly on a medium-high grill rack, turning every 5 minutes, until tender, about 15 minutes.
Asparagus with Parmesan Crust
Can be used as either a side dish or a warm appetizer. Indulge yourself with the finest balsamic vinegar you can find, and enjoy!
I found that some of the best recipes are the easiest! Try this once, and more than likely you'll make it again and again. And another bonus: if you choose to use low-fat mayonnaise, you'll save the fat and calories that are absorbed when eggplant is fried.
