A great tasting recipe especially right out of the oven, I used the additions in the review listed below mine. Beware of the crumbs! If you make it too early it turns to a paste ha ha, I had never made a crumb before so its a mybad. Only thing I don't like is that with all the extras I don't taste banana really, so will make it normal and with 4 banana's instead of 3 I think. Was delicious though!
Excellent nosh! I’ve never been a lover of stuffing but the hubby is so I wanted to make the effort to make him something amazing not just the boxed variety. With my prime rib in the oven I needed a slow cooker recipe and this worked beautifully! Here’s the tips ans trickes that worked for me: Follow the recipe exactly. It says ADD BROTH UNTIL MOIST. Don’t just go all gung hoe on it. I used the Peppridge Farm cubes (2 bags) and I used 2 cups of broth. The bread cubes turned out perfectly moist and fluffy!! So instead of blaming your failed cooking on the recipe remember this tip: it’s always easier to add than take away!
